Aching Parts

New Year’s Eve at the Savoy, Liz and Derek, ageing and in love, are planning to say goodbye. One last night together. After meeting Abigail, will they be able to go through with it.

A funny and poignant drama about how we end it all.

The springboard for the play was Rachel Aviv's chilling New Yorker article How The Elderly Lose Their Rights
in which an elderly couple, Rudy and Rennie North, lose everything they have when the county court  appoints them a guardian. Worth a read.

Roles:  2 Female/1 Male
Running time: 90mins
